How it started
Liam van der Linden always had a passion for BBQ'ing, preferably surrounded by family, friends and good products. However, he soon noticed that limited workspace and little storage got in the way of the fun of cooking.
What started as a personal challenge grew into a bigger idea: to develop an outdoor kitchen that is not only practical and functional, but also aesthetically fits into any garden. In 2021, Roostr was born – with the mission to make outdoor cooking truly unforgettable.
The first kitchen
The first design, the Roostr Rubix, offered a solution to the lack of work and storage space when cooking outdoors.
Made from high-quality stainless steel and finished with a triple-layer powder coating, this kitchen was able to withstand all weather conditions.
The first partners
Over the years we have entered into many beautiful partnerships with dealers throughout the country. Each and every party that – just like us – stands for quality, reliability and a passion for outdoor living.
In addition to our regular dealers, we also work closely with gardeners and landscape architects. We believe in the power of collaboration. That is the only way to create projects that we are truly proud of.
New models
After the success of the Rubix, Roostr continued to innovate. Models such as the Wave and Allure were introduced, each with unique designs and features to suit different needs and styles.
European expansion
With the growing demand and positive feedback, Roostr expanded its reach. Roostr outdoor kitchens can now be found in several European countries, with a continued focus on quality and design.
Sustainably produced in the Netherlands
Every Roostr outdoor kitchen is carefully designed and CO₂-neutrally produced in the Netherlands. We combine stainless steel, galvanized steel and a strong powder coating into a high-quality mix of materials. This way we guarantee outdoor kitchens that are not only beautiful, but also resistant to weather, wind and use for years.
